Full Moon Expansion: Spring has Sprung

Spring into life on this Pink Full Moon!

Join us for an evening of deep relaxation starting with Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation practice that can lead to a reduction in stress and improve your well-being. In your “yogic sleep”, sleep- wake cycle of meditation, you will journey and connect with your physical, mental, and emotional body, while your consciousness titrates between deeper awareness, restoration, and awakening!

Elevate your meditative state with various sound waves of crystal sound bowls, that restore harmony and vitality to your mind, body, heart and soul! Nourish and soothe your nervous system, as you embrace the rhythm of nature and Springing ahead!

All levels are welcome, and no prior experience is necessary.

What to bring: yoga mat, water, journal and pen. Optional to bring your own bolster, or small pillow, and blanket. These will be provided at studio as well.
