REFUND POLICY
Our hearts & souls are poured into every class, event, workshop and training. We value you and your commitment to yourself and investment in yourself. Commitment is a value we honor and it begins with the behind the scenes planning phases that are not seen. We have a NO refund policy, though we understand unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please understand our NO refund policy and our encouragement for you to stay committed and accountable to yourself and those around you.
CLASSES
All classes must be pre-registered with payment upon booking, via website. If you cannot attend after booking, you will not be refunded. Please communicate cancellations with Jenny at info@reviveandriseyoga.com if you have an unforeseen circumstance. Communication with any staff other than Jenny is not valid, as she will use discretion whether a reschedule or credit is permitted.
EVENTS and WORKSHOPS
All events and workshops must be pre-registered with payment upon booking, via website. If you cannot or do not attend after booking, you will not be refunded. Please communicate cancellations with Jenny at info@reviveandriseyoga.com if you have an unforeseen circumstance. Communication with any staff other than Jenny is not valid, as she will use discretion whether a reschedule or credit is permitted. Please consider the planning phases that may require your hosts to purchase items with you included in the headcount and limited spacing preventing others from joining. If any event or workshop requires a deposit, this is to hold your spot due to limited spacing and this deposit is not refundable for any reason.
CERTIFICATION TRAININGS and CLINICS
There are no refunds, credits or transfers for any reason. Your deposit is non-refundable and only holds your spot in a limited space. If you do not attend the course or do not finish the course, the money is not refunded, credited or transferred. If you fail to complete a course, the course payment is still owed.
MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS
No refunds, credits or transfers for any reason. Membership fees, offerings and agreements may be changed any time. Changes will be notified through the email your membership is registered through. If you wish to update your email address, you must submit in writing to info@reviveandriseyoga.com. Updates in policy are automatically updated to your membership. Your monthly membership is an auto-renew and may be canceled at any time. Allow 5 business days to process the cancellation. Cancellations must be in writing via email at info@reviveandriseyoga.com. Membership cancellation through any staff member other than Jenny is not valid.
PRIVATE SESSIONS: YOGA and REIKI
You must cancel 48 hours in advance in order to be rescheduled. No refunds for any reason.
SOUL APOTHECARY
No refunds, credits, transfers or exchanges for any reason.
