Candlelit Restorative Yoga
Join this very relaxing yoga class style, that prepares you to slow down, allowing your mind, body, and spirit to calm and restore! This class will use props to aid in comfort of poses being held in longer duration. This class is at a normal room temperature which differs from Yin style of yoga (Yin: colder temperature to stretch into deeper layers of the tissues and muscles). Restorative Yoga is a gentle practice that aids in stress reduction and connecting to inner peace. Expect this class over candlelight setting, followed by a guided meditation that will promote deep rest, rejuvenation and a tranquil experience!

Gentle Yoga
A slow paced Hatha yoga practice with Yin style of longer held floor poses. Props encouraged for comfort and relaxation. Great for seniors and anyone looking for a relaxing, mindful morning stretch!

Power Vinyasa
Looking for a fun, energetic and invigorating yoga class? In this Strong/Power Vinyasa flow you will gain strength and confidence, calm your mind, and be empowered to step up to your edge! Have fun being at play with what your mind and body are capable of and leave feeling Revived!

Great for Beginners to learn poses & for jumping back into your practice! Release tension and stress in this slow flow class designed to guide you through mindful movement and foundations of yoga. Our Slow & Strong Flow is back with a twist! Enjoy a slow paced flow, leaving space to explore each pose with deep breaths, while building strength, improving your mobility and flexibility. The twist - Pilates moves and strengthening will be sprinkled throughout your class, making this one of the most fun and dynamic fusion classes, that will create more stability and balance in your mind and body! All levels welcome!

Slow Vinyasa
Enjoy a blend of both Hatha and Vinyasa styles. You can expect to feel full of vitality while building strength and self-acceptance on and off your mat. Use your breath to create space for new possibilities, leaving you feeling relaxed and inspired, while focusing on proper alignment for YOUR body. Create calmness through your movement and intentional breath. Mindfully paced to generate space. Enjoy a soothing sound meditation for your savasana during weekday offering.

Somatic Slow Flow & Sound
The class you didn't know you needed until you experienced it!! Somatic Slow Flow begins with creating presence through easeful and intentional breathwork. You will be guided to move in a gentle pace that embodies flowing like water. Somatic slow flow will combine gentle somatic techniques to release stuck energy that may be deep seated. You will discover more awareness and connection to yourself! Experience a soothing and calming savasana, creating deep harmony and balance!

Stretch & Strengthen
This is a slow paced Hatha yoga practice, that is designed to stretch & strengthen you, ultimately improving your range of motion, mobility, and balance! Props are encouraged and used throughout your class. Great for seniors and anyone looking for a relaxing, fun, and challenge designed to your unique ability!

This class will begin with a warming Vinyasa practice that will generate heat, strength and power! Your flow will shift into a cooling Yin style of yoga, longer held floor poses, to cultivate inner calm and healing from withIN! Yin & Meditation
Great for all ages & levels of yoga! Yin yoga consists of longer held floor poses that allows time for the connective tissues to unwind in a safe manner. Expect to use props to support your body in coming into YOUR appropriate depth, and enhance your comfort while remaining still. You will also receive guided meditation in this relaxing slow paced practice!

YogaFit
YogaFit combines aspects of toning and strengthening, high intensity (HIIT) and continuous movement exercises built into the power yoga flow. This class offers an accessible way to move with strength, flexibility and mindfulness. Add in core, Pilates moves, stability, and balancing to offer a well rounded, effective workout for all! It's strong, it's sweaty and it's perfect for anyone who wants a challenge!

Our outdoor yoga classes are returning home! Classes are held on the grass in front of our studio, overlooking the beautiful Hammonton Lake, weather permitting.
