Get to Know Jen!

Jen began taking classes at Revive & Rise Yoga and in April 2023, she completed her 50 hour Yin Yoga Training at our studio!

Outside of her yoga practice, Jen is a High School Educator and has a love for running. She found yoga in 2019 thanks to her college coach encouraging the benefits of yoga such as balance, and stretching & strengthening hip flexors and other muscles used for running. She continued to practice yoga after college, with a focus on other benefits such as relaxation and grounding/centering.

Jen’s favorite part about Yin yoga is feeling the flow of chi (energy) throughout the body during a practice, which is enlightening and liberating.

While Jen is currently in a Master’s Degree Program, she has sub taught our Gentle Yoga and Yin yoga classes.

She also leads Yin Yoga at the Balance Center.
