Are you ready to take the plunge?!
You are invited to our first offering of Fire & Ice, led by John!
You may recognize John from leading one of our Power Vinyasa classes, and from leading yoga at several other yoga studios in South Jersey! John has a personal cold therapy practice and has been sharing it with other studios, and is excited to bring this to his hometown yoga studio!
You can expect a 30 minute Power Vinyasa flow that will ignite your inner fire! Your physical practice will be designed to build your strength, commitment, focus, and resilience preparing you for your cold therapy plunge!
Your cold therapy plunge will be guided, with a specific deep breathing technique, with your dip lasting between 1-3 minutes, empowering you to shift your mindset. This is more than just cold therapy! It has many healing benefits, and is a practice that can strengthen your mind to believe in yourself and face & overcome your fears! Are you ready to get out of your comfort zone, step into your power and take the plunge with us!?
This event is for all levels! No experience is needed!

What to wear & bring:
*Wear your regular yoga clothes for your yoga practice.
*You can bring a bathing suit you can easily change into for your dip, or wear your yoga clothes for your dip.
***Bring a towel and something loose fitting and very warm to change into for after your dip.
*Bring water; and you may bring a warm beverage in your favorite insulated mug to heat back up from the inside out! (coffee, tea, or hot chocolate!)
*Door will close 12PM. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the event.*
