We are back with our friends from Old Forks Farm in Hammonton!
Jenny will lead a mindful movement yoga flow, located beside a beautiful sunflower field that will be sure to brighten your day!
All are welcome to experience this beautiful offering and will get to pick a sunflower to take home!
Please bring a yoga mat, small towel, and water.
When:
6am Sunrise & Sunflowers Yoga
Thursday, July 11th, 25th & August 1st
and
7pm Sunset & Sunflowers Yoga:
Wednesday, July 10th, 24th, & 31st
(This will temporarily be in place of our normal studio class.)
*Events are FREE for members on autorenew plans. There is only a $5 fee for sunflowers, cash or venmo day of! Questions, contact Jenny*
